Let it snow

I find it maddening how the snow just melted away during these few days =/
I wish we`ll have a white Christmas at least... So I really wish it would snow! Does that count as a Christmas present wish? Anyway, here`s a picture with lots of snow, ice and coldness in it. t took me longer to finish than I thought, so my color-comic just has to wait for a bit...

Colorful sketching

Hey everyone, new pictures to show! =)
We began our color-comic project at school this week so I`m putting my effort on colors for now. The cute chibi-picture with the boy offering a flower to the girl is actually my idea on the color-comic. Well not the idea, but the two characters will be in it and it`s going to be a short-cutey-love story, so yea... The comic is only three pages long so it`s rather short compared to everything else I`ve done so far. I will post it in the "School project" section when it`s ready, as I will post the critique work I promised to you as well.
I`m running a fever again tonight, and aren`t feeling that well right now... I hope I`ll be able to get to school tomorrow... Funny thing too, today when I was walking home I was sure I would end up slipping on the ice and I did... Man it hurt, but I was more grateful that no one was around to see my epic fall.

And as shocking as it seems, I should probably get ready for Christmas since I`m not in the mood yet. Better get those lovely holiday moods up and going! =D

Värikkäitä luonnoksia

Terve kaikki, uusia kuvia näytettävänä! =)
Koulussa aloitimme uuden värikuva sarjakuvan teon joten pistän kaiken kaiken voimani väreihin nyt. Kuva jossa poika ojentaa kukkaa tytölle on itse asiassa minun ideani siihen värisarjakuvaan. Tai no, ei idea, mutta kaksi sen sarjakuvan hahmoista. Siitä tulee lyhyt-söpöily-sarjakuva, joten..siitä tulee vain kolmen sivun sarjakuva joten se on oikeastaan lyhyt kun vertaa kaikkeen siihen mitä olen tehnyt ennen. Postaan sen School Projects-sivulle kun se on valmis, kuten postaan kritiikki työn kuten lupasin.
 Minulla on taas kuumetta tänään, ja en tunne voivani kovin hyvin juuri nyt..Toivon että pääsen kouluun huomenna. Hauskaa tosin kun olin kävelemässä kotiin olin varmassa uskossa että liukastun jäähän ja kaadun ja juuri niin tapahtui...kettu se sattui, mutta olin enemmänkin kiitollinen että kukaan ei onnistunut näkemään eeppistä kaatumistani.

Ja vaikka kuinka järkyttävältä se kuulostaakin, mun varmaan pitäisi valmistautua jouluun koska en ole vielä joulutunnelmissa.
parempi saada joulutunnelmat kattoon ja kauemmaksi! =D

Graduation

So I promised my newest comic would be finished today and it actually was, well yesterday to be precise... But I was so in a hurry and didn`t have the time to take pictures of it yet. I will post it here once I get my hands on it again but for now, I only have a little taste of it to offer for you, enjoy!

Me and Smudger also graduated today, so it was the whole reason behind all this hassle. Congratulations Smudger-bro =D
We wore these awesome white-caps the whole day today :)
Received a lot of flowers too... And all the cake we can eat. Wish I could just teleport some for you, it`s really impossible for me to finish all these sweets before they expire.

Valmistujaiset

Joten lupasin että sarjakuvani olisi valmis tänään ja se tosiaan on, tai no eilen jo, jos tarkkoja ollaan...Mutta koska minulla oli kiire ja minulla ei ollut aikaa ottaa siitä kuvia vielä. Postaan sen tänne kunhan saan sen jälleen käsiini mutta nyt, annan teille vain maistiaisen, joten nauttikaa!

Something-Something-Something

Finally something from me again. Been working hard on my newest school work; a comic of 16 pages. I`ll post it in the school projects section when it`s finished, and that`s next week on Thursday hopefully. It`s also my critique-work for the first part of the school year. The grim-looking-dude-with-red-eyes is one of the main characters in the comic =)
The other pictures are the usual random doodles I just got an urge to draw.

Vihdoinkin jotakin minulta taas. Olen työskennellyt uusimman koulutyöni kanssa: 16 sivun sarjakuva. Laitan sen koulutyösivulleni kunhan se on valmis, eli ensi viikon Torstaina, jos kaikki menee suunnitelmien mukaan. Se sattuu olemaan vuoden ensimmäisen osan kritiikki työ. Kuvan surullisen näköinen tyyppi-punaisilla-silmillä on yksi sen sarjakuvan henkilöistä. =)

Call of Duty, Ghost

Hey guys, So I've been drawing a lot lately.
This one I started already last week and finished it today (27.11.13) FINALLY!

I had for a long time wanted to draw something about Call of Duty.
Plus one of our follower suggested it to me. So here goes then. :P

Now what is Call of Duty then? Well, it's a first-person and third-person shooter video game franchise. Everybody must have heard of call of duty. Seriously.

But let's forget that.
There's many CoD* games but the character called I drew and inked is  called Simon "Ghost" Riley and he's from Modern Warfare 2.

There would have been many character's to choose, my other option was Frank Woods from CoD*: Black Ops.

But as you can see I decided to go with Ghost. Reasons are pretty simple, he seemed easier to draw, plus I prefer his looks.
He wears dark red sunglasses and a skull-patterned balaclava along with a headset.Obviously you can't see the colors since I really don't do color work.. but I hope you like him anyways. This was pretty challenging but I enjoyed doing it even though it took MANY hours. (:

Edward Kenway, A Pirate Trained By Assassins

So, I finished the game Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag yesterday.

Absolutely Fantastic game. Best 100 euros spent for a long time. ;D

Anyhow, I started to make this one few days after I got the game, which means it has taken about 3 weeks to get it done.


But, as my defense, I've been hooked to playing, plus I moved out a week ago. And I had artist block.


Enough nonsense, right?

I've been busy with moving out so I haven't found time nor inspiration to draw.

When the Moon disappears...

... Shuji becomes somewhat dark. This character here is half forest god, half demon. He has both kinds of powers and natural light changes his appearance. When the moon (or sun) shines, his hair, eyes and necklace have a white tint to them, but when it`s dark, his hair becomes black and his eyes change to dark blue along with his necklace. I don`t think it changes his personality that much either... He`s just darker when it`s dark.
More of my random babble there... Should begin drawing his story, or all this babble is for nothing... =.=

Kun kuu katoaa...

...Shujista tulee vähänniinkuin synkkä. Tämä hahmo täällä on puoliksi metsänjumala, puoliksi demoni. Hänellä on molempien puoliensa voimia ja luonnonvalo muuttaa hänen ulkomuotoaan. Kun kuu (tai autinko) paistaa, hänen hiuksensa, silmänsä ja kaulakorunsa saavat valkean loitseen nihin, mutta kun on pimeää, hänen hiuksensa alkavat tummua mustaksi asti ja hänen silmänsä muuttuvat tumman sinisiksi kuten myös hänen kaulakorunsa. En usko että se muuttaa hänen persoonallisuuttaan niin paljon myöskään..hän on vain synkempi kun on pimeämpää. 
Lisää minun randomia selitystäni täällä..pitäisi alkaa piirtämään hänen tarinaansa, tai muuten kaikki tämä selittäminen on turhaa.. =.=

Käytin värikyniä, vesiväreje, geelikynää ja korjauslakkaa luodakseni tämän. =3 

Sugar Skulls

So.. Some sugar skulls. The first ones I've ever made. I'm actually more shamed of them than proud.
I loved the sketches but I screwed 'em up with inking. /:
Anyway.. On some point I just decided not to give shit anymore and I finished them as fast as possible. Which can be seen..
Still, there they're. Like 'em or not.

Darker

Winter is almost here and this is pretty new to me, but I`m actually looking forward to Halloween this year =)
I had this idea of a bunch of my characters pulling off some `cosplaying` for the up coming holiday. Here is one of them. I`ll post the next in a couple of days, and the last one on the eve of Halloween.

This is in my sketchbook, it was lined with color pencils, colored with watercolors and outlined a little with a gel pen. I also came up some other pretty funny ideas from this picture. Maybe I`ll share them with you, if ever draw them ;D

Talvi on melkein täällä ja vaikka on minulle aika uutta odottaa Halloweenia, niin kutenkin teen tänä vuonna. =)
Minulla oli tämä idea että laitan omia hahmojani "cospleyaamaan" tulevaa lomapäivää varten.
Tässä on yksi niistä. Postaan seuraavan muutaman päivän päästä ja viimeisimmän Halloweenina. 

Tämä on minun piirrustusvihkostani, rajattu värikynillä, väritetty vesiväreillä ja vähän ulkorajausta geelikynällä. Minulla on myös aika hauskoja ideoita tähän kuvaan liittyen. Ehkä jaan ne teidän kanssanne, tai jopa piirrän ne. ;D

Splash

Had no good ideas for a title so just randomly typed "splash".
The pictures` colors look a lot like a splash, don`t they? Have been stressed lately, very stressed... If there is any bottled medicine for fear, please give me some! Anyway, I watched as ZackScottGames played Beyond two souls when I drew this picture. Might have some influence from it here...
But don`t really know if Beyond two souls is a game or not... For me, I`d say it`s a movie where you have to move yourself and press some buttons to make things happen...
I`m not sure if I make anything new this week, but I know that I have a Halloween picture to post here =)
... Just have to wait for the right day to publish it.

 Ei ollut mitään hyviä ideoita otsikkoon joten vain kirjoitin "Splash"
Kuvan värithän näyttävät aika lailla roiskaistuilta, eikö vain? Olen stressanut paljon viime aikoina..todella paljon.. Jos jossakin on purkitettua lääkettä pelolle, olkaa kittejä ja antakaa minulle sitä! Kuitenkin, katsoin kun ZachScottGames pelasi Beyond Two Souls-peliä kun piirsin tätä kuvaa. Saattaa olla vähän luovuutta valunut sieltä..
Mutta en ole ihan varma onko Beyond Two Souls peli vai ei..minulle, sanoisin sen olevan elokuva missä sinun pitää itse liikkua ja painaa paria nappia jotta asioita tapahtuu..
En ole varma teenkö mitään uutta tälle vikolle, mutta tiedän että minulla on Halloween kuva postata tänne =)
..pitää vain odottaa oikeaa päivää jolloin postaan sen.

Finally some colors.

Hey guys, haven't posted anything for a long time but now you shall see my art work once again.
I've been drawing and stuff but nothing really serious or something I could post here (or then I just haven't finished them..heh..)
Anyway, Now you're about to see actually colored art work. I really don't color. I can't remember when I'd have colored whole picture. So um, I'm not very ace at it. Still I'm gonna show this one to you. It's nothing fancy then.

Kevin and the dog from Disney's movie UP. I didn't take the picture of the sketch (was suppose to but I forgot, sorry!) but there's they're.
I used my mechanical pencil (I always used it tho) to sketch the drawing, then inked normally with the pens I've.. To coloring I used my inktense pencils. For the first time I used them to do art!

It ain't a masterpiece, but feel free to tell what ya think.

Sketching

Some more ball-point pen sketches. I drew these a couple of days ago. I like them a lot so I thought I`d upload them here. These two are the mafia-guy and his girl. They have a really delicate relationship and these sketches are supposed to represent that something they have between. They`re lives haven`t been that easy so they look miserable almost all the time :(
Even though they look sad often, they feel safe around each other and are actually happy on the inside. They just don`t know how to show it on their faces. Yet.
They support one another and that`s how they make it through the rough times.Sorry about the bad quality, the originals were quite small so my camera could`t handle some of them that well.

Luonnostelua

Vähän lisää kuulakärkikynä luonnoksia. Piirsin nämä pari päivää sitten. Pidän niistä paljon joten ajattelin että postailen ne tänne. Nämä kaksi ovat mafia tyyppi ja hänen tyttönsä. Heillä on hyvin hellä suhde ja näiden kuvien tarkoitus oli juuri tuota hellyyttä ja sitä mitä he ovat olleet.
Heidän elämänsä eivät ole olleet helppoja joten he näyttävät onnettomilta suurimman osan ajasta. :(
Vaikka he näyttävätkin suurimman osan ajasta surullisilta, he tuntevat turvaa toistensa lähellä ja ovat oikeasti onnellisia sisältä. He vain eivät tiedä miten näyttää onnea kasvoillaaan. Vielä.
He tukevat toisiaan ja siten he pääsevät läpi vaikeista ajoista. Anteeksi huono kuvanlaatu, kuvat olivat aika pieniä joten kamerani ei oikein pysynyt handlaamaan joitakin niistä kovin hyvin.

Luonnostelu hauskaa

Here are a few pictures that I just recently drew. Been having trouble with sleeping lately and that`s why haven`t been to school for a few days... I`m getting through with that soon enough =)
Also working hard on my newest school project which is a comic of total 18 pages. It has been a pain to ink, but I´m still very happy I get to do it!
All of these pictures are drawn with colourpencils. Slowly but surely I`m getting better at using them =D

Tässä on muutama kuva jonka vähän aikaa sitten piirsin. On ollut vaikeuksia nukkua viime aikoina ja siksi en ole ollutkaan koulussa muutamaan päivään..pääsen sen läpi pian kutenkin =)
Työskentelen myös uusimman kouluprojektini kanssa joka on 18 sivun sarjakuva. Sen mustaaminen on ollut helvetillistä, mutta olen silti iloinen että saan tehdä sitä!
Kaikki kuvat jotka nyt jaan on piirretty värikynillä. Hitaasti mutta varmasti tulen koko ajan paremmaksi niiden käytössä. =D 

The top picture has my titan and demigod characters in it. It was supposed to look rather intimate how they`re so close to each other. They look cute together, but aren`t an actual couple. In the world of imagination they might be more than friends though ;)
The second picture has my new side characters for my agent-story. The man is supposedly going to be a part of mafia and the woman will become something like a protegèe to him.
The third picture has my witch character in it. The idea was to show how she looks without her makeup and dressed up as a man, while the other half shows how she would normally look dressed up as a woman.

Ylempänä olevassa kuvassa on minun titaani- ja puolijumalahahmoni. Sen piti näyttää intiimiltä ottaen huomioon sen kuinka lähellä he ovat toisiaan. He näyttävät söpöiltä yhdessä, mutta eivät ole oikea pari. Mielikuvituksen maailmassa tosin saattaa olla meneillään paljon muutakin. ;)
Toisessa kuvassa on sivuhahmo agentti-tarinastani. Mies tarinan mukaan kuuluu mafiaan ja saa suojella kuvassa olevaa naista.
Kolmannessa kuvassa on noitahahmoni. Idea oli pukea ja laittaa hänet näyttämään mieheltä ilman meikkia toisessa kuvassa ja toisessa  hän näyttäisi aivan nosmaalilta naiselta vaatteineen päivineen. 

Sometimes I wonder why I even write this much about the pictures. Hope I don`t bore or confuse anyone with my babbles!!! @_@ It was nice to post something again though! And now until the next time... Please enjoy the art!!!

Because I like dragons.

So some dragons today. I've actually made these for several days... I know. I'm slow.
Finished the biggest one last night. Thank god, it was about to time to get these done and posted. Inspired by Skyrim. I just LOVE dragons.

 So, first we got simply just a dragons eye.
I dunno why.. I'm not sure is is recognizable so mentioning might be good..
Then we got a dragon head, it doesn't look exactly like I wanted..
And the third one is fire breathing dragon! I hope you like them. Comment and such..
