Winter is almost here and this is pretty new to me, but I`m actually looking forward to Halloween this year =)
I had this idea of a bunch of my characters pulling off some `cosplaying` for the up coming holiday. Here is one of them. I`ll post the next in a couple of days, and the last one on the eve of Halloween.

This is in my sketchbook, it was lined with color pencils, colored with watercolors and outlined a little with a gel pen. I also came up some other pretty funny ideas from this picture. Maybe I`ll share them with you, if ever draw them ;D

Talvi on melkein täällä ja vaikka on minulle aika uutta odottaa Halloweenia, niin kutenkin teen tänä vuonna. =)
Minulla oli tämä idea että laitan omia hahmojani "cospleyaamaan" tulevaa lomapäivää varten.
Tässä on yksi niistä. Postaan seuraavan muutaman päivän päästä ja viimeisimmän Halloweenina. 

Tämä on minun piirrustusvihkostani, rajattu värikynillä, väritetty vesiväreillä ja vähän ulkorajausta geelikynällä. Minulla on myös aika hauskoja ideoita tähän kuvaan liittyen. Ehkä jaan ne teidän kanssanne, tai jopa piirrän ne. ;D

Probably last post for today.. Or few days.
Just about to update my iPhone to new iOS7 software.
I got hopes pretty much up with it.. but since my phone it's only device I can take pictures and if this new soft fucks the camera (and I'm not able to get it back to ios6) I can't post anything. That would suck but I'm taking the risk.


SO. About those characters.
It means music.
The word is pronounced "yīnyuè".
(Or so every possible site I've been to keeps telling me.. And because I checked more than 5 sites they must be right.)

Just began my (Unofficial) studies of comics and animation today, so excited yet tired :) Can`t wait until we begin for real! Maybe then I`ll have more to post here, but we`ll see, we`ll see...

Got this crazy idea yesterday and randomly had the urge to create something, so here`s what I made; Paperchildren and even in colours! These are my newest characters for a random short-story. I might actually draw this one in near future, maybe even today.

Ei jaksaisi odottaa että tunnit alkavat kunnolla! Ehkä silloin alkaa olla enemmän postattavaakin, we'll see, we'll see..
Sain tämän hullun idean eilen ja randomisti tuli pakko tehdä jotain, joten tässä on mitä tein: Paperilapsia jopa väritettyinä! Nämä ovat minun uusimmat hahmoni randomiin lyhyt.tarinaan. Saatan jopa oikeasti piirtää sen lyhyt-tarinan lähitulevaisuudessa, ehkä jopa tänään. 

I draw a lot of pictures with a ballpoint pen and I was wondering if anyone wanted to see (some) of them? They`re all rough-sketches as I like to call them, but they`re quite clean and I might be able to get good pictures of them...

Minä piittän paljon kuulakärkikynällä ja mietin tässä joskokukaan haluaisi nähdä niitä? Ne ovat kaikki aika raakaluonnoksia, kuten kutsun niitä, mutta ne ei ole kovin hyviä ja niistä on aika vaikea ottaa kuvia..
Mutta, nyt, nauttikaa taisteesta: 

These pieces are quite small. About 8-9 cm. They were drawn with colourpencils and coloured with watercolours. Outline with a gel pen.
(nämä kuvat ovat aika pieniä. Noin 8-9 cm. Piirsin ne värikynillä ja väritin vesiväreillä. Ulkoviiva geelikynällä.

Lisää kuvia jotka eivät ole vielä niin muinaisia, vieläpä väritettyinä. Yleensä tyydyn vain mustekynä sotkuihin kun en uskalla lähteä tekemään "varsinaista värikuvaa".

More pictures which aren`t yet so ancient. Even in colours. Usually I just tend to keep to my messy ballpoint pen sketches when I`m too afraid to begin working on the "Official Colour picture".

Pienois-projekti jonka lopputulos lojuu tällä hetkellä penaalissani. Tein pienet kuvat kunkin tarinan jostain hahmosta, etten unohtaisi heidän olemassaoloaan.
(A tiny project, which now has its home in my pencilcase. I made small pictures of characters from each of my stories so that I wouldn`t forget their excistense.)

The Beginning

Tästä lähtee kuvien postaaminen! Ensimmäistä kertaa omaa arttia ihmisten nähtäville nettiin ja vielä omasta tahdosta. Rohkeuden kerääminen vei kyllä aikansa, mutta tässä sitä ollaan.
