Back again

Yay! Something new! It was random but I somehow managed to stay awake over 24 hours today (and yesterday...?). Creativeness makes a come back after a full week of intense playing. And a laundry day...
Here are the two pictures that are worth showing. My other creativeness has been sort of a mess and isn`t that... People friendly...

Snow Rose

So, I`ve been on a WACOM course for the last three weeks and it has been interesting and painful...
Well mostly pleasant =)
I`ve learnt quite a lot of things since this was my first time in forever using digital tools to create art.
And to meantion that I`m not deeply into computers, I finally managed to upload these pictures.
I realized that maybe it`s easier for the site to upload JPEG. files rather than TIFF. files...

Anyway, here are some of the stuff we did during the course and some that I randomly doodled out of boredom while I waited the teacher to notice I had done what was requested.

The Nefertiti bust was first sketched as a practice of still-life, then scanned to the computers to ink and shade it. We also drew Aleksis Kivi bust, but I didn`t like it that much...

The two color pics were random urges to test out the Oh-so-awesome-bright-pastel-colors-and-cool-brushes. Note that I am but a beginner and they were a mere test, all of the colors and linings and shadings and what-not were mostly done on the same layer.
The blurry-what-the-heck-is-in-that-picture???!!!-Sketches were done in hopes I`d try to color them later, but it didn`t feel right so I left the job for a day I`d actually hop gladly for the challenge.

I drew these two pictures today. Had an inspiration to do something in colours again, and this is what I got!

The one with the lake-backround surprised even myself, it came out nicely. Simply love it XD

I began this picture during my `History of films`class ( sorry mr. teacher!) and just finished it on my desk at home. Haven`t been updating anything in awhile, so thought it`s about time already.

Piirsin nämä kuvat tänään. Oli inspiraatio tehdä jotain värikästä taas, joten tässä on se mitä tuli tehtyä!
Järvimaisemallinen kuva yllätti minutkin, siitä tuli niin hieno. Aivan ihana. xD
Aloitin kuvan Elokuvahistorian tunnilla (Sori sensei!) ja viimeistelin omalla työpöydällä kotona. ja koska en ole lisännyt mitään tänne vähään aikaan, ajattelin että olisi sen aika. 

These two characters are going to be a part of my school project once we begin. You might recognize them as two of the paperchildren I posted ages ago =)

I shouldn`t be daydreaming this much since I`m not out of the cold yet... Still one very important test ahead, and I may start as a full time animation- and comics student!!!

En saisi päiväunelmoida koska vielä on paljon tehtävää...vielä on todella tärkeä testi edessä, ja saatan alkaa täysipäiväisenä animaatio-ja sarjakuvalinjalaisena!!!

Lisää kuvia jotka eivät ole vielä niin muinaisia, vieläpä väritettyinä. Yleensä tyydyn vain mustekynä sotkuihin kun en uskalla lähteä tekemään "varsinaista värikuvaa".

More pictures which aren`t yet so ancient. Even in colours. Usually I just tend to keep to my messy ballpoint pen sketches when I`m too afraid to begin working on the "Official Colour picture".
